The current rates for a purchase price of $156,250 with a 20% down payment on an owner occupied single family residence and a minimum credit score of 720.  Rate is based on a loan amount of $125,000 and a 40 day lock.

Your rate is derived from several factors such as, but not limited to, current market conditions, the specific terms of your loan and your credit profile. 

Private mortgage insurance may be required on any loans with less than a 20% down payment which will increase your monthly payment and the APR.

 USDA Rates:

The current rate is for a purchase price of $125,000 with 0% down on an owner occupied single family residence with a minimum credit score of 680.  Rates is based on a loan amount of $127,591 with Guarantee Fee financed and a 60 day lock.

Your rate is derived from several factors such as, but not limited to, current market conditions, the specific terms of your loan and your credit profile. 

VA Rates:

The current rate is for a purchase price of $125,000 with 0% down on an owner occupied single family residence with a minimum credit score of 680.  Rates is based on a loan amount of $127,687 with VA Funding Fee financed and a 60 day lock.

Your rate is derived from several factors such as, but not limited to, current market conditions, the specific terms of your loan and your credit profile. 

FHA Rates:

The current rate is for a purchase price of $125,000 with 3.50% down on an owner occupied single family residence with a minimum credit score of 680.  Rate is based on a loan amount of $122,375 with FHA MIP financed and a 60 day lock.
